    Listening to, or reading excerpts of, this lecture really reminds me that even the brilliant minds have fears. Every day is a battle. I was lucky enough to be present at the BFI for this lecture and it moved me to tears, because it felt that he had a portal into all writers minds, into my mind. He was very personal and truthful.
