Today’s Writing Quote
“At the top of my computer in big, bold letters, it says, ‘What is the simple emotional journey?’ I look at that all the time.”
— Billy Ray
Today’s Inspirational Video
Hey, if two hobbits can save Middle Earth, we can damn well get to FADE OUT!
Today’s Loos Award winner: Jeff L Burke.
Jeff posted this at the Zero Draft Thirty Facebook site:
FADE OUT! With that, I’ve written my screenplay “Brother Down” with a total of 97 pages. I’ll clean it up with better descriptions, tighter arc focus & grammar but it’s done! I’ve never written anything this fast and I’m amazed at what I’ve been able to do with a deadline. I’ve noticed a pattern to my writing and I can see which days I’m creative and which I’m just downright lazy.
Thank you everyone and once I clean it up, I’m open to sharing it for others to review!
Check out that calendar. Apart from a few weekend days, Jeff kept pounding out pages every day. That’s they key to success: Write. Every. Day.
For the inspiration of hitting the FADE OUT Finish Line — yet another successful Zero Draft Thirty Challenge script — the recipient of today’s Anita Loos Award is Jeff L Burke!

One. More. Day. Push the pedal to the metal, people! Go, go, go!!!
