That’s how many words Shakespeare wrote when you total up all his known plays. I just did a word count on one of my original scripts “Tully’s War”. Came out to 17,877 words. I divided that into Shakespeare’s total. The result is that Shakespeare wrote the equivalent of 45.57 screenplays.

I have no idea what that means, but feel free to drop that little tidbit on guests at your next cocktail party.
