Announcing the 2014 Black List Oscar Pool

From the top secret underground headquarters of the Black List comes this message from Franklin Leonard:

Pretty straightforward. We’re running an Oscar Pool. It’s for entertainment purposes only, meaning there are no prizes, per se, except for bragging rights and the sense of pride in knowing that you know the mind of the Academy better than anyone else, or at least the people who end up beneath you in the rankings.

The process is simple:

1. Go to http://www.runyourpool.com/join.cfm
2. Enter the following information:
3. In the Pool ID box, enter the number 29322
4. In the Pool Password box, enter ‘theblacklist’ (without the single quotes)
5. Fill out the form information, including a personal username and password (This information will NOT be sold or utilized for spam email under ANY circumstances.)
6. Make your picks, with the ability to change it right up until the Awards show.

Note: Every category is a 1 point category, except Best Picture and the two writing categories, which are worth 2 (for obvious reasons, hopefully.)

Okay, all you movie buffs, time to test for the best! And this year, it seems a lot of categories are up in the air including Best Picture. So gaze into your crystal ball and enter the 2014 Black List Oscar Pool!
