“Arguably the best line in movie history”

Earlier today, screenwriter Chris Sparling [Buried, ATM] tweeted this: “Arguably the best line in movie history” with a link to this scene from the 1989 cult classic Big Man on Campus aka The Hunchback of UCLA starring Alan Katz in the title role as Bob Maloogaloogaloogaloogalooga. The specific line of dialogue to which Chris refers is the only line Bob has in this scene and comes at the very end:

“Two faces.” Excellent misdirect from all the “breast” talk with a perfectly timed beat before Bob delivers the line resulting in a classic camp moment and ‘best’ line in movie history.

Then The Bitter Script Reader tweeted “My pick for best line” from Superman:

“Come to me, son of Jor-El, kneel before Zod!” One part narcissism, one part bombast, and two parts over-the-top, equals another ‘best’ line in movie history.

With all due respect to Mr. Sparling and Mr. Bitter Script Reader, how can you possibly top this line amongst many ‘best’ lines from Plan 9 from Outer Space [3:20 in the clip]:

“Stronger. You see? You see? Your stupid minds! Stupid! Stupid!”

Well, I’m guessing the GITS community can come up with a slew of ‘best’ lines in movie history. And with the air quotes around ‘best,’ you know what I mean. Not an actual best line like “Shut up and deal” from The Apartment:

But lines that are so bad, they’re great. Or perfect lines in a horrible movie. Ridiculous, overblown, inane, you know what I’m talking about.

So how about you? What do you think is “arguably the ‘best’ line in movie history”?

UPDATE: Bitter Script Reader made the point in comments: His ‘best’ line from Superman is actually this one: “General! Would you care to step outside?”
