Commercial: “Brave”

Fresh on the heels of our interview with Pixar exec Mary Colement, here is the first 30 second spot for their upcoming movie Brave:

Never occurred to me until now, but this could have a killer soundtrack. I’ve loved Scottish music since attending the Edinburgh Festival in 1988 where I first saw The Whistlebinkies in concert. I’ve continued to explore traditional music from the U.K. via the weekly NPR show “Thistle and Shamrock”, so watching this commercial, I suddenly got all tingly just listening to the music.

Yet another reason to look forward to June 22nd when Brave premieres.
