Trivia: Alfred Hitchcock tested the fear factor of Mother’s corpse by placing it in Janet Leigh’s dressing room and listening to how loud she screamed when she discovered it there.

Dialogue On Dialogue: Not much in the way of dialogue for this revelation, but worth it to watch the scene again. Note each camera shot and cut. Classic Hitchcock. Love the swinging light bulb!
