Daily Dialogue — March 1, 2016
“I’m not sure what four nines does, but the ace, I think, is pretty high.”
— Ocean’s Eleven (2001), screenplay by Ted Griffin, based on 1960 screenplay by Harry Brown and Charles Lederer, 1960 story by George Clayton Johnson & Jack Golden Russell
The Daily Dialogue theme for the week: Gambling, suggested by David Proenza.
Trivia: The cast did gamble during off hours. While there’s disagreement between who won the most (George Clooney says Matt Damon, Damon says Brad Pitt), Clooney managed to lose 25 hands of blackjack in a row.
Dialogue On Dialogue: The only line by Danny (George Clooney) in the scene is the last one.
