Daily Dialogue theme for next week: Famous last words!

After a week’s worth of side characters [thanks, Teddy Pasternak!], we move onto next week’s DDT: Famous last words courtesy of Vic Tional.

Some of the most memorable lines in movie history are a character’s last words. I have dozens of them leaping into my memory cells as I type this.

The usual drill:

* Copy/paste dialogue from IMDB Quotes or some other transcript source.

* Copy/paste the URL of an accompanying video from MovieClips or YouTube.

I’d also like to ask you to think about why the dialogue is notable. Is there anything about the dialogue which provides some takeaway re screenwriting.
