Daily Dialogue theme for next week: Sports Announcer

This week’s theme: Lecture. Next week’s theme: Sports Announcer, suggested by @dproII. Think about it: All those sports movies. All those sports announcers. Which ones jump out in your memory? Here’s one:

C’mon, folks. We’re talking baseball, basketball, football, hockey, you name it, there are probably announcers announcing it. Let’s get 7 great examples!

The usual drill:

* Copy/paste dialogue from IMDB Quotes or some other transcript source.

* Copy/paste the URL of an accompanying video from YouTube or some other video source.

I’d also ask you to think about why the dialogue is notable. Is there anything about the dialogue which provides some takeaway re screenwriting?
