Years ago, I came up with this mantra: Watch movies. Read scripts. Write pages.

A link to my reflections on that here.

Cannot emphasize enough the importance of watching and analyzing movies.

Next movie: Nightingale. This is a special movie for many reasons. It is the first movie produced from a script discovered on the Black List website. It debuted and currently airs on HBO. It stars David Oyelowo who played Dr. Martin Luther King in the movie Selma. And it is essentially a one-actor contained drama-thriller. A really interesting films which you should check out, hence my choosing it for our next movie analysis.

The official Nightingale website here.

Watch it to discuss the week of September 14th.
