Movies You Made: “CakeWalk”

For several months, I’ve been tagging a bunch of emails from filmmakers who have contacted me about their film projects, so I figured we should feature them this May. Hi Scott, thanks again for putting on this showcase of self-produced films. My name is John Kelmer from Tampa, FL and recently made my first short film; a dramedy called “CakeWalk”. I have followed your blog for a long time and it gave me motivation to try and write full-lengh, broad films. However, I finally decided to lower the scale and try to make my own short and find all the cast and crew online, and it turned out to be the best, crash-course experience I would highly recommend to any of your readers to do right away!
