Official Screenplay: “Short Term 12”

One of the best movies of 2013 is Short Term 12. Here is the trailer:

I have been tracking the project since screenwriter Destin Daniel Cretton won the Nicholl Fellowship for the script in 2010. You can go here to read my interview with Destin.

Therefore I am pleased to announce by exclusive arrangement and with permission from Destin and Cinedigm, they have made the screenplay available to the public. You may go here to download the PDF: Short Term 12 FINAL.

Some plaudits for the movie:

* Brie Larson recently won the Gotham Award for Best Actress.

* The National Board of Review named Short Term 12 one of the top 10 independent movies of the year.

* The movie won both the Grand Jury and Audience Awards at the 2013 SXSW Film Festival.
