Screenwriting Master Class tip of the week: I am proud of all the courses we offer at SMC, but perhaps most so of the our screenwriting workshops. Each one provides:

* A set of weekly lectures to help steer the story-crafting and page-writing process.
* An online community of fellow writers to provide feedback and suggestions on each others’ pages.
* Extensive input from Tom Benedek or myself each step along the way.
* A verifiable sense of progress as participants wrangle their stories, pound out first drafts or rewrite current drafts.
