Site Notice: Google+

I’ve mentioned this before, but the time is now upon us. Google is dropping Friends Connect which is how GITS and countless other blogs have managed membership, comments and so on. We will be following their lead and transition over to Google+, perhaps as early as tomorrow.

What does this mean? I’m not sure. Dino, the intrepid IT warrior and all-around techno-genius of all things Black List, is going to be handling the switchover. I think it’s one of those things where we’ll just have to see what’s up once we make the move.

In theory, I believe this may actually provide an expansion of our ability to make use of the community, allowing you more easily to post items of interest, links and so forth, but again we shall see.

So just a heads-up and thanks for your patience and understanding during this process.
