Spec Script Sale: “Caught in the Act”

Atmosphere Entertainment acquires action comedy spec script “Caught in the Act” written by Steve Klayman. From Variety:

Story follows an actor who is confused with a thief he is playing on a crime re-enactment show. His mistaken identity thrusts him into the spotlight of law enforcement and the underworld as he attempts to clear his name.

Klayman is repped by Anthem Entertainment.

By my count, this is the 17th spec script sale of 2013.

Last year there were 29 spec script sales year-to-date.
