Spec Script Sale: “Wildflowers”

108 Production acquires action comedy spec script “Wildflowers” written by Jim Stansberry and Annika Tuneld. From the 108 Production press release:

When times of financial crisis leaves a new couple with nothing left to lose, they set off on a crime spree, slipping into a romance as hot as the Arizona desert they blaze through. Dom and Stella are in love, on the run and in their 60s.

Note: Stansberry is located in the United States while Annika currently lives in Sweden. You can read about their “Transatlantic Screenwriting” here.

By my count, this is the 34th spec script sale in 2013.
