This looks very cool! You can watch the first 12 minutes of the new Fox Searchlight movie “Sound of My Voice” here.

IMDB plot summary:

A journalist and his girlfriend get pulled in while they investigate a cult whose leader claims to be from the future.

Having a theological background, I have some experience with people who have been in cults, so I’m fascinated in this subject matter.

I’ve also been interested in screenwriter-actor Brit Marling as a creative talent [see my post here].

Finally Fox Searchlight continues to impress with the movies they distribute and in this case with a most interesting marketing campaign.

Watch the first 12 minutes of this movie. I think you will find it compelling.
