This is a test!
My blog has been attacked by computer gremlins. Or Evil Spirits. I can work on posts, but when I hit View Blog or use my domain address, I’m taken to some placeholder thing that says my blog is under construction. So I thought no one would have been able to access the blog since last nite when it went all loopy on me.
However, I see that some people have made comments on some posts, including the Hollywood Tales / Marc Norman thing today.
So my question is: are some of you actually seeing the blog per usual?
Since I can’t read any comments, please email me to let me know what your status is with the blog.

UPDATE: So this is truly bizarre. Shea just emailed me to let me know he can read the blog per usual. However, I get redirected to this weird placeholder site. Bottom line: I can limp along until it gets fixed by writing posts, posting them, then checking them in my Settings page by clicking on Preview. I can not, however, read any of your comments. So if there’s something pressing you want me to read, please email me and I can post an update or something. Other possibilities: smoke signals and semaphores. Any computer geniuses out there, feel free to whack my blog to shake it loose. Or lob me a suggested course of action. And thanks for your patience.
UPDATE #2: Okay, this is truly bizarre. I was just taking my wife through the whole schitzoid thing with the blog, when I clicked on the website hot link and boom — back to normal. This is either some computer voodoo or something to do with Dick Cheney. Anyhow, looks like we’re back in business. I’ll try to catch up with comments tonight and back to regular posting tomorrow.
