Video interview: Roman Polanski
Most people would likely think of Roman Polanski as a director, but he’s actually got 30 screenwriting credits including Rosemary’s Baby (1968), Chinatown (1974), Tess (1979), Frantic (1988), and The Ninth Gate (1999).
In this fascinating interview from the great TV series “Scene by Scene,” Polanski talks about nightmares, off-camera fights with actors, and how he considers Chinatown to be his “greatest achievement.”
