Writing question: Which screenplay do you wish you had written?

So many great movies. So many great screenplays. Which one — above all else — do you wish you had written?

Sure, you can be a smart-ass and say The Last Boy Scout because it sold for zillions of dollars — and in your fantasy, all that money that went to Shane Black would go to you.

But I’m thinking more along the lines of a script you’ve read that you thought was absolutely awesome. Damn, why couldn’t I have written that?!

For me, the easy answer would be The Shawshank Redemption.

But the script that I still remember absolutely flooring me was Breaking Away by Steve Tesich.
