Your suggestions wanted for Daily Dialogue themes!

We will be wrapping up a month’s worth of Daily Dialogue posts on the theme: Writers and Writing, that in conjunction with the Zero Draft Thirty Challenge. Now it’s time for a new batch of Daily Dialogue themes! And I want your suggestions!

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Themes which can generate at least 7 great movie examples.
  • Themes which are common enough writers will bump into in their stories.
  • Themes which can provide a wide variety of movie treatments.

For previous examples, check out the Daily Dialogue Index which lists dozens of themes. We can use themes we’ve run with before, but I’m always looking for new ones.

Let me take this opportunity to thank those of you who have faithfully supported the Daily Dialogue series. It’s pretty remarkable to think there have been Daily Dialogue posts every single day since I launched this blog: 2,753 consecutive days. For those of you who have contributed suggestions throughout the years, I truly appreciate your participation. And for any of you who yet to join in the effort, now’s a timely opportunity.

What are some Daily Dialogue themes you’d like to see explored in a weekly series?

Please post your suggestions in comments.

And again, thanks!
