Today’s Writing Quote
“Beyond persistence,
the only advice I ever give to young filmmakers is,
don’t be shy in the way you tell a story.
Be bold.”

Today’s Inspirational Video
Miracle (2004)
That’s what we need today: A great sports speech!
You want more inspiration? Check this out!
Starting tonight at Midnight Eastern, people participating in the Zero Draft Thirty 2016 Spring Challenge will be hosting writing scampers around the clock for 24 hours. We’ll be tweeting invitations. In the Facebook group, we be posting invitations. I will be here to kick off the Scamper-A-Thon with an extra “e” in my name… and that “e” stands for Effort!
YOU ARE FREAKING INVITED TO JOIN IN!
Yes, we are doing this on a SATURDAY. That is the weekend. But for writers, a weekend is work-end. And now you’ve got company. Pick an hour. Join a writing scamper with the knowledge other writers around the globe are digging down and pounding out pages with you.
It’s the first ever Scamper-A-Thon! I suspect we’ll be doing one each week during the ZDT Challenge!
Thanks to each of the 23 other Zeronauts, Outlaws, and Word Warriors to take on the task of hosting a 1-hour writing scamper tonight and tomorrow.
YOU GUYS AND GALS ROCK!!!
Check back later for the winner of today’s Trumbo Award!
Onward!
UPDATE: How’s this for inspiration!

Word Warriors unite! Go forth and write! Into that dark night!
