I have an outline that has really awesome openings and closings… with some idea of Beats and places to hit in the middle but I was never sure. Rough vomit transition scenes…
So trying to remap my plot just from Craig Mazin’s “Structurally Sound” standpoint.
Better. Now to take everything and put them on index cards and see if I can actually build a movie out of this spec.
Try not to intimidate myself like I do every day with a story. Simple plot with a complex character. I keep trying to make the plot more complex than it needs to be because I mistakenly assume that’s what makes it flashy…
