A request for help from GITS readers

A request from one of my students in an online line I’m currently teaching. He originally requested the script for The Messengers:

Actually it is not so much that I want The Messengers, or The Return (however The Return has some personal meaning to me, loss of a soul mate, I suppose that is why I like the story so much), but what I am looking for is a screenplay for a supernatural thriller ghost story mystery, contemporary (somewhat recent), where there is not too much dialogue. I want to study such a genre screenplay(s) to see how the writer(s) describe the long scenes that have little to no dialogue. I know with The Messengers there is a scene, the hallway scene, where the protagonist stands in the hallway with her back to a creepy ghost crawling the walls and ceiling, and that scene lasts for I think 2–3 minutes (pages); I want to see how such scenes are written.

So any recommended titles of available screenplays that would have that sort of scene action in them would be a great substitute since I likely will not be able to find The Return or The Messengers in script format.

I told the student I’d post here because I figured GITS readers would have some good suggestions. So please suggest away in comments.
