Blogger blow up! But I’m back!
In almost three years of doing this blog, I’ve never had a situation like this: Blogger just basically blew up. For 24 hours, I was unable to access anything. Plus Blogger seems to have ‘eaten’ yesterday’s posts.
So I apologize for the disruption and I’ll try to get things back to normal as quickly as possible.
Thanks to the many, many readers who emailed me frantically asking what was going on. As one person wrote, “GITS is like crack. Don’t make me go through withdrawal.”
UPDATE: So I can’t decide whether this Blogapocalypse is more like the plot to Inception, a dream within a dream within a dream, or Enemy of the State wherein Dick Chaney has launched an assault on bloggers, searching for those still unfound WMDs. While that remains to be determined, I do know what your experience is going to be for the rest of the day: Groundhog Day as I re-post posts that already posted yesterday. Unfortunately this will be GD in reverse as the posts will be worse than the OPs because while I managed to salvage the actual posts, the comments have vanished. So continue to bear with me as I catch up with myself. And feel free to suggest other movies which might best describe this Blogapocalypse.
