 — Easy Rawlins (Denzel Washington), Devil in a Blue Dress (1995), screenplay by Carl Franklin, based on the book by Walter Mosley

The Daily Dialogue theme this week is film noir movies.

Trivia: Based on the book of the same name by Walter Mosley. Mosley wrote several Easy Rawlins books. All but two — “Gone Fishin’” and “Six Easy Pieces” — include a color in the title of the book.
