Daily Dialogue theme for next week: Break-ups

After a week of flashbacks [suggested by Alexander Gorelik], this week the theme is break-ups, a suggestion courtesy of Teddy Pasternak.

Of course, there are romantic break-ups, but don’t forget family and friend splits. Lots of noteworthy break-up scenes leap to mind, however I’ll let you have a first crack.

You know the drill:

* Copy/paste dialogue from IMDB Quotes or other transcript source.

* Copy/past URL from accompanying MovieClips or YouTube video.

If conflict is necessary for drama, then break-ups have to be at the top of the list of desirable moments in a screenwriter’s repertoire.

So let’s get conflictual this week with break-ups!
