Daily Dialogue theme for next week: Non-verbal ‘dialogue’

Something different this upcoming week. Saint suggested “Non-verbal communication.” That inspired some folks, especially Laura Deerfield, to come up with many cinematic possibilities.

Here’s the thing: While this week will feature moments that feature no dialogue, which is kind of odd for a series called… you know… Daily Dialogue… it will remind us of this unalterable fact:

MOVIES ARE PRIMARILY A VISUAL MEDIUM!

The old saying “Show It, Don’t Say It” exists for a reason. And so this week, we will feature non-verbal ‘dialogue,’ that is characters communicating through actions, not words.
