Look, if corporate CEOs can come up with twists on historical figures — “He’s a politician. No, he actually fights monsters! — surely we should be able to join in the fun!
Let’s see, you’ve got your aforementioned John Paul Jones against sea monsters.
You’ve got your Abraham Lincoln meets vampires.
And your Leonardo da Vinci vs. demons.
So let’s do this, shall we? Come up with a list of historical characters, real life or fictional. Then assemble a list of monsters. And do The Twist by playing mix and match.
