With over twenty years of motion picture industry experience as an executive and producer, Robert Lawrence has worked on some of the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful movies of the last two decades including Clueless, Die Hard With A Vengeance, Rain Man, Presumed Innocent, The Prince of Tides, Mrs. Doubtfire, Ghostbusters, The Karate Kid, Tootsie, Out Of Africa, and The Jagged Edge. He has been President of Production for United Artists, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Production for Columbia Pictures, and Producer/CEO at the Warner Bros. based Maysville Pictures, a company he started with George Clooney. He is currently producing Protection starring Dwayne Johnson (The Rock), directed by Simon West (Con Air, Lara Croft: Tombraider), and has fifteen other film and television projects in various stages of packaging and development.
