By now Hollywood movie or talent incubation sites are not new. MovieHatch.com has a slightly different twist, encouraging would be screenwriters to put together low budget trailers in order to pitch their products, resembling the trailers made for the finished products. Online audiences will vote the cream to the top, nominating the top ten entries to be passed on to a group of 25 working professionals, who will evaluate the actual scripts for possible production deals or future work. Hurry folks, the deadline for the first entries is Sept. 15, with the corresponding full-length scripts due Sept. 17.

I checked out the Partners / Judges. Many notable names on the list including screenwriters Kirsten Smith, Paul Pender, Clif Dorfman, Scott Neustadter, and Shira-Lee Shalit, as well as development execs, managers, agents, etc.
