Charlize Theron is set to start in and produce an untitled comedy based on a pitch by David Caspe, with David Ellison’s Skydance Productions financing and producing.

Skydance’s credits include the upcoming Paramount films “Mission: Impossible 4” and “True Grit.” Company recently entered into a strategic partnership with Paramount, which allows it to co-finance and produce four to six films per year with the studio.
