Popcorn Fiction: “Willie the Kid”

From screenwriter Derek Haas and his short fiction website Popcorn Fiction:

For all the readers who have been asking for more crime fiction, this week’s story is “Willie the Kid” written by veteran TV scribe Larry Moskowitz. The hardboiled story has an interesting protagonist: a librarian who looks for people he can “help” based on the books they ask for at the reference desk. And he does more than just find the books.

Larry has written for a lot of great crime shows, including New York Undercover, The Agency, The Division, and Lincoln Heights. He’s also published stories in Hardboiled magazine, so he was ripe for Popcorn Fiction. I hope you enjoy it and please write in and tell me what you think! — DH
