Possible spec script sale: “The Escort”

Sounds like Dreamworks has sprung for comedy “The Escort” by writer Justin Adler. Here is the premise:

A spoiled, mischievous kid is matched up with a dysfunctional, womanizing “flight escort” with one job — to get the kid to his mother on time. The plans go haywire when the plane is diverted, and the “escort” only has a certain amount of time to get the wise-ass child to his mother, or not get paid at all.

That is a great comedy premise. Problem Child meets Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. 

Can anyone confirm the sale?
