Reader Question: Great DVD commentaries by screenwriters?

Scott,

Hoping you could suggest a few key DVD commentary tracks that focus on structure and/or the screenwriter’s choices.

This is a great idea that I wanted to open up to the GITS community: What movie DVDs have the best commentary by screenwriters? And per Adam’s point, which ones do a particularly good job on story structure?

For example, I found Elliott & Rossio to be both entertaining and informative in their commentary on Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.
