Spec Script 2.0?

There is a spec going out called “One Night In Compton” [Three female college students spend an eventful night in Compton on the eve of their college graduation].

Accompanying the script is a website, three Xtranormal teasers here, here, and here [Warning: NSFW], and a downloadable one-sheet [comptononesheet.pdf].

So we’ve gone from “Grim Night” which sold for seven figures and was accompanied by a teaser trailer to “One Night In Compton” with all of its paraphernalia.

What to expect with next week’s specs? A logline on the side of the Goodyear Blimp flying over Beverly Hills? The Rockettes dance line hand delivering scripts from Culver City to Burbank?
