Spec Script Deal: “Love in the Time of Dick Pics”

Sony Pictures Entertainment acquires romantic comedy spec script “Love in the Time of Dick Pics” written by Nicole Larson. From Deadline:

The plot is being described as a timely romantic comedy about the illusion of choice — and just how hard it is to find the right person in a sea of options that range from polite, to lewd, to nude.

Larson is repped by ICM Partners and Levity Entertainment Group.

By my count, this is the 69th spec script deal in 2016.

There were 53 spec script deals year-to-date in 2015.

Spec script deals are up 23% this year over last.
