Sony Pictures acquires thriller spec script “Nightlight” written by Tyler MacIntyre and Chris Hill. From THR:

A 10-year-old boy who must fight off some sort of invaders while home alone.

It’s Home Alone as a thriller.

MacIntyre and Hill are repped by APA and Epicenter.

By my count, this is the 43rd spec script deal in 2o17.
