STX Entertainment acquires psychological thriller spec script “The New Neighbors” written by Leslye Headland and David Schickler. From Deadline:

The story is about a couple who move into an affluent suburban community only to find out that their enclave is filled with dirty secrets.

It is an option deal. Headland is attached to direct.

Headland is repped by UTA and Anonymous Content. Schickler is repped by CAA and the Gotham Group.
