Spec Script Sale: “Leave”

QED International acquires thriller spec script “Leave” written by Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari. From Deadline:

A group of U.S. soldiers suffer from post-traumatic stress while on leave in Thailand.

Writers are repped by WME and Prolific Entertainment.

By my count, this is the 90th spec script sale of 2012.

At this point last year, there were 100 spec sales.

Spec script sales are down 11% year-to-date compared to 2011.
