Spec Script Sale: “Man Alive”

Twentieth Century Fox acquires science fiction spec script “Man Alive” written by Joe Greenberg. From Deadline:

20th Century Fox has made a six-figure deal to acquire “Man Alive”, an elevated sci-fi spec script by new writer Joe Greenberg. Fargo creator Noah Hawley is set to make his feature film directorial debut on the project.

Greenberg is a ‘first-time scribe’ from New Jersey. He is repped by Verve and Benderspink.

By my count, this is the 21st spec script deal of 2016.

There were 25 spec script deals year-to-date in 2015.
