“The Worst Movies Of The Past Decade”

From Huffington Post:

The past ten years have brought us such cinematic disasters as ‘Glitter’ and ‘Battlefield Earth,’ so there were plenty of bad movies to choose from. But which is the worst of the worst?

Their list:

Daddy Day Camp (2007)

Battlefield Earth: A Saga of the Year 3000 (2000)

Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever (2002)

Disaster Movie (2008)

The Adventures of Pluto Nash (2002)

I Know Who Killed Me (2007)

Swept Away (2002)

Catwoman (2004)

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008)

Imagine That (2009)

Glitter (2001)

Witless Protection (2008)

Freddy Got Fingered (2001)

Strange Wilderness (2008)

Gigli (2003)

Basic Instinct 2 (2006)

Per this list, 2008 had the most stinkers (4) followed by 2002 (3).

Special nod to Eddie Murphy who’s on the list twice.

I’ve seen Indiana Jones, Gigli, and Freddy Got Fingered. Think I’d have to go with Gigli as the worst of those three.

How about you? Which of these was your worst movie-going experience? What awful movies did they omit from the list?
