Original Films acquires an untitled supernatural thriller spec script written by Bragi F. Schut. From THR:

Its logline is being kept under wraps but has been described as being in the vein of What Lies Beneath, Robert Zemeckis’ 2000 movie that starred Harrison Ford and Michelle Pfeiffer and centered on a woman who comes to believe her lakeside home is haunted.

Schut is repped by Verve and Realm Management.
