Update: Jeremiah Friedman & Nick Palmer
You may remember the excellent Q&A series with screenwriters Friedman & Palmer who wrote and sold the spec script “Family Getaway” last year to Warner Bros. Those posts are here:

I received an email yesterday from Jeremiah:
Just wanted to check in and give you a heads up that we just set-up our next project, a remake of the Kevin Costner action/romance, The Bodyguard, at WB. It was an interesting process and our first real experience trying to sell a pitch.
Sure enough per Variety:
Warner Bros. has decided to reboot “The Bodyguard,” setting up an updated remake of the 1992 hit with Warner-based Dan Lin producing.
Scripting team of Jeremiah Friedman and Nick Palmer have been tapped to script.
The guys have graciously agreed to do another Q&A, this time focusing on their experience pitching a project for the first time. Look for that in the next few weeks.
Congratulations to Jeremiah and Nick!
