Any list with Back to the Future II is suspect in my book. Picking one to feature here, I’d go with Jerry Maguire — classic example of how the guy doing the firing (Jay Mohr) turns around the situation to try to make the guy he’s firing (Tom Cruise) feel sorry for him (Mohr):
