The Daily Dialogue theme for the week: Faith.

Trivia: Eight hundred extras worked on the ferry scene, which was shot in only one day. With so many extras on the boats, they had to use a precise schedule to get everyone in costume on time.

Dialogue On Dialogue: Faith in humanity in evidence in this scene in two ways: (1) Batman in the people of Gotham City. (2) The prison warden in the prisoners who in turn toss the bomb switch out the window. A grand social experiment in which Joker’s plan to use people’s lack of trust in each other goes bust.
