[James bond enters the 5-star hotel unkempt, drenched, and in hospital clothes]

James Bond: My usual suite, please.

Snooty Desk Clerk: [sarcastically] Do you have a credit card… or any luggage, sir?

Mr. Chang [offscreen]: Mr. Bond, so good to see you. It’s been a long time.

James Bond: Mr. Chang

Mr. Chang: [barks Cantonese at the clerk]

James Bond: Perhaps you could send up my tailor. And some food.

Mr. Chang: The lobster’s good, with quails’ eggs and sliced seaweed.

James Bond: Mmm-hmm. And if there’s any left, a ’61 Bollinger.

Mr. Chang: Of course. [Barks another order] Been busy, have we, Mr. Bond?

James Bond: Just surviving, Mr. Chang. Just surviving.

Trivia: First time that James Bond sports a beard in a James Bond movie. Pierce Brosnan is shown having more than just a few day’s growth after being held captive for a considerable amount of time. The closest shave prior to this was the James Bond send-up OK Connery where Sean Connery’s brother Neil Connery had a beard spoofing his brother’s James Bond image.
