Miranda: I’m not deluded, Pete, I’m possessed.
Pete: I don’t believe in ghosts.
Miranda: Neither do I, but they believe in me.

Gothika (2013), written by Sebastian Gutierrez

The Daily Dialogue theme for the week: Accused.

Trivia: The film leaves the identity of Doug’s killer ambiguous. According to the script however, it was Miranda who killed Doug while she was possessed by the spirit of the young girl.

Dialogue On Dialogue: What’s worse than being falsely accused of murder? Not being able to remember what did or did not happen.
