Popcorn Fiction: “Simultaneous” by Eric Heisserer

A new short story at the wonderful site Popcorn Fiction hosted by screenwriter-novelist Derek Haas:

As you PF readers know, I’m an enormous fan of Eric Heisserer’s short fiction. His stories are always huge hits on the site, and his first story “Hours” is now being made into a film, written and directed by Eric. I love it when he asks me if he can write another story for the site… does he really have to ask anymore?

Check out “Simultaneous.” It centers on a different kind of hypnosis, where past lives are explored involving people of the future who haven’t even lived the moments yet. What did I just write? I’m not even sure. This story is excellent, though: it has all the suspense, tension and clever characters that have become staples of Heisserer’s fiction. Check it out today!

You have even more motivation than normal to read “Simultaneous,” which you can do here because its author is a screenwriter. Furthermore Eric is on Twitter (@writerspry) and he Tweets daily writing challenges (Monday-Friday), so I definitely recommend following him.
